New Orleans officials are over the moon with the new rankings, which put the city at the top for customer needs such as a mobile app that easy to use, cleaniness and food and beverage amenities.
“I am beyond ecstatic to see MSY take the top spot in the highly-coveted and well-respected J.D. Power Airport Satisfaction Study,” Michael Bagneris, chairman of the New Orleans Aviation Board, said in a news release. “For our airport to see such a vast improvement in rankings over the last three years is nothing short of incredible.”
