New Orleans makes the top 10 of cities that are dog-friendly, according to a recent report from Zillow and Rover.com.

In considering the report’s results, Zillow looked at dog-friendly rentals and listings and Rover looked at new dog accounts on their platform. What emerged was a clear picture of cities that allow dogs (and their owners) to thrive.
