Costa Rica is open to all travelers and has not implemented any testing or quarantine rules. You must fill out a Health pass form to enter the country.
The Dominican Republic in the Carribbean is open to all travelers and has not implemented any testing or quarantine rules. You do however have to complete an entry and exit form.
The island of Jamaica has set up strict testing and quarantine standards for U.S. visitors. You must also fill out an Online travel authorization form to visit the Caribbean nation.
Do you want to travel out of New Orleans? Some cities are cheaper than others to fly to out of from the Crescent City. These places make up some major ways you can save on travel to international cities.
As you can see, while you may be able to purchase a ticket to fly to an exotic island, that doesn’t mean the authorities there can guarantee your safety. The reason is that each country’s travel protocol is different.
